Criex Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Services

Criex (criex.id) is an online gaming and entertainment platform operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Criex and its users.

By registering on Criex or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms are provided in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one Criex account is permitted per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Criex reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in the event of a violation.

2.3 KYC Verification

Before making a withdrawal, or upon Criex's request, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This will require:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred BDT)
• Maximum daily deposit limit is determined by account level
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes
• No administrative fees apply after a deposit

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300 (three hundred BDT)
• KYC verification must be completed
• Withdrawals are recommended to be made via the same method used for the original deposit
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

Criex reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, suspend any suspicious or unusual transactions. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable law.

Criex offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement (typically 30–50x the bonus amount)
• Each bonus may only be used once; the same promotion cannot be claimed a second time
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses
• You cannot activate a new bonus while another is already active

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit after registration. This bonus applies to the first deposit only and is subject to a minimum deposit requirement.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

• Abusive Behavior: Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or staff

7.1 Criex's Rights

Criex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly when:

• There is suspicion or evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation
• Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
• KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities

7.2 Member Rights

You may close your Criex account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining eligible balance before closing your account.

• Your personal information will never be sold
• Your information will not be shared with third parties (except where required by law)
